This cookie is made from egg white, sugar, then finished with cream and features individual decorations. Our meringue comes in three variants:
• Mocha cream, finished with almond slivers
• Hazelnut praline cream, finished with roasted hazelnut pieces
• Natural cream, finished with chocolate sprinkles
